How do you send prints out?
All my prints are sent via Royal Mail First Class. Cards are sent via standard First Class post. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Prints A4 or smaller in size are packaged flat in rigid, board backed envelopes. Most larger prints are sent in poster tubes. If there is a delay in processing your order, I will contact you as soon as possible.

Can I return an item?
You can return a product in it's original condition and packaging within 15 days of the date you received it. Please email hello@thisisknockout if you would like to return a product and I will give you instructions on how to package and send the prints. Please note I can only refund the cost of the product not the postage costs.

What about payment?
I use Paypal to process payments. I believe this provides extra security, privacy, and convenience for my customers. Please see www.paypal.co.uk for more information.

If you would be happier using a different method of payment such as a cheque or bank transfer, please email hello@thisisknockout.co.uk telling me what you would like to order and how you would like to pay. Please note that this process may take longer, and that goods can't be dispatched until I have received payment in full.

What's your privacy policy?
I respect your privacy and will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to anyone. I use PayPal which means the amount of information I get from you is minimal.

I use the information I gather for internal record keeping and to improvemy products and services.
